คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ตระหนักและให้ความสำคัญในเรื่องสิทธิความเป็นส่วนตัว จึงดำเนิน
การตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 ซึ่งสถาบันมีความจำเป็นต้องจัดเก็บ
ใช้ และประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อประโยชน์ในการให้บริการและดำเนินการสมัครสอบ PSU-TEP ตลอดจนการสนับสนุนงานตามพันธกิจของสถาบัน โดยจัดให้มี
ระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูลที่ปลอดภัย ซึ่งดูแลรับผิดชอบโดยผู้มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบเป็นการเฉพาะ
และจะใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่แจ้งไว้เท่านั้น
ข้อมูลของผู้สมัครจะถูกจัดเก็บเป็นเวลา 3 ปี นับจากวันสมัครสอบครั้งล่าสุด
สถาบันจะไม่เผยแพร่ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมจากท่าน
และหากจะมีการใช้ข้อมูลไปจากวัตถุประสงค์ที่ได้ขอความยินยอมไว้สถาบันจะแจ้งให้ท่านทราบ
และขอความยินยอมใหม่ทุกครั้ง
ทั้งนี้ ท่านสามารถยกเลิกการยินยอมให้จัดเก็บ ใช้ และประมวลผล และขอให้ทำลายข้อมูล
ได้ โดยแจ้งความประสงค์มายังสถาบัน ซึ่งสถาบันจะดำเนินการภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ตาม

Personal Data Policy
The Faculty of Liberal Arts, Prince of Songkla University realizes and places importance on privacy rights. Therefore, it operates in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, which requires the Institute to collect, use and process your personal data for the purpose of providing services and processing PSU-TEP examination applications,
as well as supporting the Institute’s missions. It provides a secure data storage system that is managed and supervised by a specific person in charge. Personal data will be used only for the stated purposes.
Applicant data will be stored for 3 years from the date of the last examination application.
The Institute will not disclose your personal data without your consent. If the data is used for purposes other than those for which consent has been requested, the Institute will notify you and request new consent each time.
You can revoke your consent to the collection, use and processing and request for data destruction by notifying the Institute, which will proceed within the period specified in the Personal Data Protection Policy.
